Duo Apps publishes shortlists of apps for iPhone worth knowing about, kept short and kept current.
How the lists are made
Each shortlist is compiled from public sources — App Store listings, developers’ own documentation, changelogs and published coverage — drafted with the help of AI tools and checked against those sources by a person. The pages about individual apps work differently: most are written by a language model from the app’s own listing and published automatically once a set of checks passes. Either way these are editorial picks rather than hands-on reviews, and the disclosure page sets out exactly what that means and how the site makes money.
Independence
Nobody can buy a place on a list. Where a link earns a commission, the page says so before the content, not after it.
Getting things wrong
Some of this will be wrong at some point — an app changes its pricing, a feature disappears, a source turns out to be stale. Tell us and we will fix the page with a dated note. Developers who want a correction, a credit, or removal get it without an argument; see contact.
Contact
Duo Apps is editorially independent. Corrections, complaints and removal requests all go through the contact page.
